Inspiring Inkin' Challenge #17

This fortnight's challenge on Inspiring Inkin' Challenges blog is unfortunately the last one of the year. This challenge is to make a matching set of a Christmas card, gift tag and Box in a Bag. You cn find the instructions for making the Box in a Bag here on Splitcoast Stampers. The side twist is to use one of the new ribbons from the Stampin' Up catalogue and with so many gorgeous ones to choose from, it's going to be hard to decide which.

Anyway... here's my set, using up some leftovers from my Christmas Jingle scrapping Kit. I actually had started making the card for a different challenge and then changed my mind about using it, so I went with that colour scheme. And whilst green is not my favourite colour, most of my Christmas cards this year have been red and green, whereas normally they are pink or blue with silver.

I made my Box in a Bag slightly taller than the instructions so it measures approximately 7 inches high, a perfect size for adding a box of Roses chocolates in.

Recipe:

Stamps: None

Papers: Merry Moments DSP, Real Real, Very Vanilla, Garden Green, Christmas Jingle Scrapping Kit

Inks: None

Accessories: Round Tab Punch, Eyelet Border Punch, Real Red Striped Grosgrain ribbon, Labels 4 Nestabilities

Don't forget to leave us a link on the Inspiring Inkin' Challenges website to your creations.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!!
