Thought I'd just show you some challenge cards I made this weekend with some stamps from Papertrey Ink.
This first one is another using the CHA limited edition set Four of A Kind, but using a different shaped flower head this time. This one is for Splitcoast's SC293 and for Color Throwdown's #105 to use Always Artichoke, Soft Suede and Elegant Eggplant.
Recipe:
Stamps: Four of A Kind
Papers: Always Artichoke, Soft Suede, Elegant Eggplant all from SU, Stampers Select White cs from PTI
Ink: Always Artichoke, Elegant Eggplant
Accessories: Soft Suede Polka Dot Ribbon, Purple Rhinestones from stash, Victorian Fleur Embossing Folder from Papermania
My next card is for Papertrey Posse's Blog Hop #3. For this blog hop you had to use your favourite technique. One of mine is using the emboss resist technique to make pretty patterened papers for a background. This card also uses Mojo #62 and CC150 to use Real Red, Blue Bayou and Soft Sky.
Recipe:
Stamps: Butterfly Dreams, Fancy Flourishes, Giga Guide Lines
Papers: Real Red, Blue Bayou, Whisper White
Inks: Blue Bayou, Soft Sky
Accessories: Scallop Edge Punch, Clear Embossing Powder, Butterfly Die from PTI, Blue Bayou ribbon, Red Zoomz (like Dew Drops)
My next one is for Stamping Royalty's #32 to use Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Not Quite Navy and Daffodil Delight. It's also for Mojo #38 and Free For All #25 to make a get well or thinking of you card. You are meant to send it to someone but at the minute I don't know anyone who's ill and I just sent a card to a friend who needed cheering up so will keep ahold of this one until I need it.
Recipe:
Stamps: Asian Fusion
Papers: Not Quite Navy, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Cosmo Cricket DSP, Pink Paislee Bayberry Cottage DSP
Inks: Not Quite Navy, Old Olive, So Saffron, Riding Hood Red
Accessories: Old Olive ribbon, Argyle Embossing Folder, Yellow rhinestones
And my final PTI card is for A Passion for Papertrey's Long and Tall challenge, Taylored Expressions #124 and for Papertrey Peeps #2 to be inspired by the cereal boxes picture. I chose the cranberry & raspberry box for my colours.
Recipe:
Stamps: Cupcake Collection
Papers: Scarlet Jewel, Lavender Moon, Stampers Select White cs, 2009 Bitty Dot Basics DSP all from PTI, Chocolate Chip from SU
Inks: Lavender Moon, Hibiscus Burst both from PTI, Chocolate Chip from SU
Accessories: Eyelet Die, Hibiscus Burst Bitty Dot Ribbon, Diamond Stickles
And that's all for this post folks. Be sure to come back and check out my other ones with more challenge cards from this weekend.
