Sharing Some PTI On A Sunday

Just a few more cards I did this weekend all of which used stamps from the fabby Papertrey Ink...

This first one is for A Passion for Papetrey's Recipe Challenge to use 3 colours, 2 buttons and 1 piece of ribbon, for Paper Pal Arts Challenge # 96 to make a masculine card using Cherry Cobbler, More Mustard and Night of Navy, for Mojo Monday's Challenge #193 for the sketch and for Free For All #33 to use computers on a card. I guess a gaming controllor counts!

Recipe:

Stamps: Boy Basics: Game On from PTI

Papers: More Mustard cs & DSP (from retired hostess pack), Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler DSP from Regals Stack all from SU, Stampers Select White from PTI

Inks: Cherry Cobbler, More Mustard both from SU

Accessories: Night of Navy Grosgrain Ribbon, More Mustard Button (retired) both from SU

My next card is another masculine one using Make It Monday's Challenge #17 to use the cracked glass technique. As you might know from my poor attempt during VSN to use this technique, I don;t do well with it, but I persevered. One lady on SCS said to use 6 or 7 layers of embossing powder (I don;thave any UTEE as I know I won't use it). I did 7 layers then put the stanmped panel into the fridge for about 30 minutes and it worked so much better this time! I also used the colours from Colour Create's Challenge #72 to use purple, blue and silver and SC335 for the sketch.

Recipe:

Stamps: Grunge Me, Boy Basics: Rock On both from PTI

Papers: Concord Crush cs & DSP from hostess pack, Marina Mist DSP from Subtles pack both from SU, Stampers Select White from PTI, Silver cs from stash, After Five Collection Patterned Papers from Kaisercraft

Inks: Concord Crush, Marina Mist both from SU, Versamark, Chamomile Distress Ink from PTI

Accessories: Clear Embossing Powder from SU

My last card for today is for Just Add Ink's Challenge #70 for the sketch and CC325 to use Rich Razzleberry, Pacific Point and Daffodil Delight.

Recipe:

Stamps: Women of Life, Butterfly Dreams, Embellishments all from PTI

Papers: Pacific Point, Daffodil Delight, Sunny Garden DSP all from SU, Stampers Select White from PTI

Inks: Old Olive, Pacific Point, Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight all from SU

Accessories: Circle Nestabilities, Rich Razzleberry Ribbon (retired) from SU, Clear gems from Hobbycraft

And my final project for today is something I made a couple of weeks back for the PGCE student (trainee teacher) that I had in my classroom as part of her leaving present. It's a little stationery set with a notepad, post-it note holder, bookmarks, highlighters, scissors, pens, pencils, ruler, eraser, sharpener, paperclip pot and ESR box (Emergency Stress Relief) filled with choccies. The paperclip pot and ESR box are not shown here but they are all decorated the same way. This is for Free For All #67 to make anything but a card.

Recipe:

Stamps: Teacher's Apple from PTI

Papers: Real red, Old Olive, Summer PIcnic DSP (retired) all from SU, Stampers Select White from PTI

Inks: Real Red, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, Basic Black all from SU

Accessories: Circle Nestabilities, Coasters, Real Red and Old Olive Striped Grosgrain Ribbons (both retired) from SU

And that's all from me today folks! Thanks for stopping by.
