Flowers and Trees

Just a few cards I made this weekend with flowers and trees on!

This first one is for Play Date Cafe's Challenge #104 to use mauve, egg yolk and artichoke. I interpreted those colours into the SU colours of Rich Razzleberry, So Saffron and Old Olive! I received my lovely new Daydreamer set from PTI last week for winning the Make It Monday challenge a few weeks ago and hadn't inked it up. These colours were just calling out for it!

Here's the swatch from PDCC.

And here's my card for it.

My next card is for Mojo Monday #211 for the sketch, Hope You Can Cling To #16 to use pink ribbon, Cute Card Thursday Challenge #187 to make a sorry card (I haven't seen my best friend for a couple of months now as we've both been bogged down with way too much work, but I am meeting her for lunch on Thursday and will give this one to her!) and for A Passion for Papertrey's Sensational Silhouettes Challenge. I attempted a pink and grey sky on this one and although it doesn't really look like a sky at all, I do like the look my image panel has! I mixed up a couple of sentiments for this one just to get the right one and I love it - it's so perfect for what I need!

My last card for this post is for SC354, Hope You Can Cling To Challenge #3 to make a masculine card with pink in it (I went for my pink and grey sky again! But this one came out a bit better than the last one.) and for Cupcake Crafts Challenge #164 to use buttons and bows.

And that's all from this post folks! Thanks for stopping by!
