Hallowe'en and Christmas

Two of my favourite times of the year. Hallowe'en because I love all the witches and ghouls and pumpkins and decorations and Christmas because I know Winter will soon be over and Spring is on its way (not to mention all the food and pressies hehe!)!

My first card is for Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #148, Hope You Can Cling To Challenge #8 to have something hanging and Cupcake Craft Challenge #163 to make a Hallowe'en project (although I might enter all 3 of my Hallowe'en cards for this one if I can!). These stamps were in my last order from Taylored Expressions but I hadn't inked them up and they are just fab! Love the potions bottles and all the things you can put inside them!

My next card is for Mojo Monday #210 for the sketch and Stampin' Royalty's Challenge #93 which was to be inspired by the photo. I used the pumpkin as the inspiration for mine! A lot of pumpkins in fact!

My last Hallowe'en card is for Viva La Verve's Sketch #3 for October and CC344 to use Pumpkin Pie, Elegant Eggplant and Tempting Turquoise with a dessert option of making a Hallowe'en card. This is the first ever proper Hallowe'en set to appear in a UK Stampin' Up catalogue! (Yeah a bit behind the times there I know!). I wasn't keen on it at first as there are much nicer and spookier ones in the US catalogue, but now I've used it I've warmed to  it. Jack has such a cheeky grin!

And my final card for today a Christmas one. It is too early for me to start thinking about Christmas but once Hallowe'en is over I'll be making a start on all those Christmas cards that need doing! This one is for Friday Mash Up's Challenge #28 to make an easel card or use snowflakes or both! This is also for TGF Farm Fresh Monday Funday Challenge to use black, white and one other colour and of course I chose pink! This is another one for the Hope You Can Cling Card Drive. This time for Challenge #9 to use something you see in the air - well snowflakes are definitely something we see a lot of in the winter air!

And that's all from me today folks! Thanks for stopping by.
