Some Little Birdies Told Me....

Just a couple of birdie cards I made today...

This first one is for Friday Mashup's Challenge #50 to use their sketch and/or the faux Mother of Pearl Technique. I just went with the sketch this time. I also used the colours from Color Throwdown's Challenge #183. This card is actually a do-over. I did this sketch and colour challenge yesterday using a different theme and I really didn't like the card I ended up with so did it again this morning, changing the whole card! I much prefer this one.

And here's my card.

And my next card is for Card Patterns Sketch #157 and Play Date Café's Challenge #123 to use these colours. Thought I would try out my new Borderlines set to make this pretty background and I love how it came out, even if you can't really tell the difference between my Island Indigo and Not Quite Navy in the photo!

And here's my card.

And that's all for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by.
