Not really as I think that might taste rather disgusting but my card does include melon, pumpkin and cake! This card is for Create with Connie and Mary's Challenge #235 for the sketch and Color Throwdown's Challenge #225 to use these fab bright colours! Not sure about the banner on this one - I think it's too big to be honest, but I'm going with it for now!
Melon & Pumpkin? This card is SO YUMMY!! Love all the layers and textures - a real "knock-out" of a card! Thanks for joining us in the sketch challenge this week at Create with Connie and Mary!
Cute, cute stuff! I love the mix of the colors with the ribbon and the mini garland--it's all so cheery. So glad you shared your fun card on our sketch challenge this week at Create with Connie and Mary. Smiles, Elizabeth
Love the bold, bright colors and the addition of the banner. Perfect celebration card. Thanks for playing the Create with Connie & Mary challenge this week!
I had a giggle when I read your post - these colours are so bright and beautiful together. I love the pennants in those bold colours! Thanks for joining us this week at Create with Connie & Mary!
Nice pretty WARM colors together! My son's wedding was Melon Mambo (the bride's favorite color) and Pumpkin Pie (my son's favorite color), along with Night of Navy...it actually went GREAT together! Thanks for playing along with the sketch challenge this week on Create with Connie and Mary!
Such a fun and cheery card! I love your bright colors! And the banners work perfectly with the sketch! Thanks for playing the challenge at Create with Connie and Mary!
I love how you added the pennants to the sketch...finishes off your card just perfectly! Thanks for playing along this week in the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!
These bright colors do go together - but like you said I'm not sure about actually eating the pumpkin and melon together :). I bet it would have been just as cute without the pennant banners - so either way works! I'm glad you joined our sketch challenge this week at Create with Connie & Mary! Monika
What a great, vibrant celebratory card! The little pennants are so cute! Thanks for playing Create with Connie & Mary!
