50 Shades of PTI

In honour of the well-known book, A Passion for Papertrey's new challenge is to use all greys. I haven't read the book and have no intention on doing so. I haven't got the time to waste on trash when I can be reading much better written books with fantastic plots! (I'm currently reading By A Thread by Jennifer Estep, book #6 in the Elemental Assassin series - fantastic series about an Earth and Ice elemental witch who runs a rib joint and works as an assassin on the side!).

Anyway back to the card. I really need some light grey card and matching ink as SU don't do any and I haven't bought any greys from PTI at all. I used Sahara Sand for my main colour which goes really well with the Basic Grey ink and then I coloured in all the leaves and flowers using the Smokey Shadow Copic Trio Combo. I honestly didn't think I would like a grey card and thought it would turn out to be too dull, but I really like this one!

Recipe:

Stamps: Think Big Favorites #15, Stitches and Swirls, Strawberry Patch all from PTI

Papers: Sahara Sand, Basic Grey, Whisper White all from SU

Inks: Sahara Sand, Basic Grey both from SU, Copic Markers

Accessories: Edgers #2 Dies from PTI, Striped Satin Ribbon from SU, Pearls from stash

And that's all from this post folks! Thanks for stopping by!
