Vintage-y Birthday

It's one of my good friend's birthday next week and she loves vintage cards, so this card will be perfect for her especially as these are her colours too. This card is for Just Add Ink's Challenge #191 to use the sketch below and for Fussy And Fancy's Challenge #102 to use cream and brown.
