A Rosie Posie Birthday

ColourQ's Challenge #223 was another puzzling challenge for me. It must be because I haven't done a lot of colour challenges recently so my mojo obviously doesn't want to work with them! LOL After much faffing about and trying out different ideas and stamp sets I finally came up with a fairly CAS (well for me anyway) card!
