Autumn Wishes

This fortnight's challenge #21 over at All Dressed Up is to make an Autumn card so I pulled out one of my newer digis, Autumn Girl 03 and some kind of Autumn coloured papers to make a card this morning. This card is also for Sketchy Challenges #78 to use the sketch below, Fab & Funky's Challenge #228 to use something cute and buttons, Inky Chicks Challenge #37 to use stitching and for Papertake Weekly's Challenge Repeat Repeat. I have repeated the bows and the green flower buttons!
