The Stamping Chef Challenge #49

Happy Wednesday and Happy October too! Can't believe how quickly September flew by! Such a busy month too! It's time for another fabulous challenge from The Stamping Chef and as always it's an Anything Goes Challenge. As it's getting closer to Hallowe'en, I thought I would make a card for it using the fabulously sexy vampire from Coffin Break. Isn't she a stunner?!

I tried to keep her skin really pale, which worked really well against the black hair. I found these blood drips in the Silhouette Studio store and thought they would be perfect for a vampire themed card as was the sentiment. This card was really hard to photograph thought with all the sparkle of the black glitter paper and shine from the red pearlescent paper. But I hope you can see the glamour I was trying to get!

I am also entering this card into Crafting When We Can's Challenge #79 to use no designer papers!

Recipe:

Stamps: Coffin Break from The Stamping Chef

Papers: Perfect Plum, Basic Black, Whisper White all from Stampin' up, Black Glitter paper and Red Pearlescent paper both from local craft store, Copic X-Press It Blending Card

Inks: Copic Markers, Golden Star Gelly Roll Pen

Accessories: Silhouette Studio Die Cuts - Bats, Blood Dripping Border, Sentiment

Copics Used:
Skin - E0000, E000, E00, E21, R20
Hair - W3, W5, W7, W9
Dress & Lips - R35, R37, R39
Coffin Lining - BV11, BV13, BV17, V99
Shoes - BV11, BV13, BV17
Coffin - T1, T4, T6
Eyes - W1, W3, W5

And that's all from me for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to pop on over to The Stamping Chef Challenge blog and check out all the other gorgeous DT cards and join in the fun whilst you are there too. Don't forget you don't have to use a digi from The Stamping Chef store, but you double your chances of winning if you do, so why not pop into the store and treat yourself to a few!
