I used the gorgeous Lady Penelope for my card this time and she was just so gorgeous to colour! She definitely looks ready to celebrate doesn't she? I didn't want to do a New Year's card as we generally don't send them out as separate cards here in the UK. You generally write Happy New Year inside a Christmas card to do both celebrations together, so I just made a time to celebrate card instead so it could be used for any special celebration.
Lots of glitz and bling on this one which always makes it so much harder to photograph.
