The East Wind Lucy Loo Over The Rainbow

I went for a completely different kind of card on this one compared to the Tiddly Inks one I made earlier. I got The Craft Box again this month and the theme this time was steampunk so there were lots of steampunk charms, papers and colours,, so I thought I would use some of them on this card.

The East Wind do some fabulous images that work so well for steampunk cards and projects and this gorgeous one of Lucy Loo was perfect.
