Simply B Stamps April Progressive Challenge 20s Charlotte

Good Morning and welcome to my post for the Simply B Stamps Progressive Challenge. Each month Betty draws a new image for us to use and this month's image was just gorgeous! The theme this time was to use at least 1 piece of patterned paper, pearls and feathers. I used some old DSP from Stampin' Up and went with a red and black combo - love this colour combo for these 1920s images.
