Colour Challenges from this week

These cards are all for colour challenges, but mostly from other challenge blogs not from Splitcoast Stampers this time.

This first one is for Stacey's Curtain Call #41 to use Crumb Cake (Kraft), Marina Mist (which I don't have yet so used Baja Breeze instead), Night of Navy & Whisper White and for Sweet Stampin's #37 for the layout.

Recipe:

Stamps: Bella Blossoms

Papers: Baja Breeze, Night of Navy cs & DSP, Kraft, Whisper White, Bride DSP

Inks: Baja Breeze, Night of Navy, Kiwi Kiss

Accessories: Whisper White satin ribbon, Eyelet Border Punch, Smooch Spritz Silver Foil (on the Baja Breeze DSP but it doesn't show up in the photo - adds a lovely sparkle to it)

My next card is for Just Add Ink's #28 to use Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Kraft and to make it a masculine card (I think mine fits the bill). I also used Our Creative Corner's Sketch #26 for the layout. I did move the sentiment panel to the middle though as I like things to be symmetrical and I just couldn't get it to look right on the side!

Recipe:

Stamps: Fox & Friends, So Many Scallops

Papers: Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla, Welcome Neighbor DSP

Inks: Chocolate Chip, Baja Breeze

Accessories: Baja Breeze ribbon, Dark Chocolate buttons from PTI, Scallop Circle Punch, Circle Nestabilities

My next one is for Sweet Stampin's #38 to use pink and for Farm Fresh Friday's sketch for this week. I did change the sketch about a bit so that my image fitted better as it just wouldn't fit in the small box I had already cut out, but I like it like this!

Recipe:

Stamps: Sweet Message

Papers: Purely Pomegranate, Pixie Pink, Copic White, Basic Gray Lemonade DSP

Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics

Accessories: Buttons from stash

And my final card for this post is for Papertake's White and Bright challenge, so I used CC94 for it to use Cool Caribbean (I subbed that with Soft Sky), Rose Red and Vintage Violet (I subbed that with Perfect Plum) and for Just Magnolia's #66. My BF actually said to me the other day "Why aren't you using your moose girls anymore?" meaning my Tilda stamps - he doesn't like them! And then I realised that I have about 50 different Tildas and Edwin's and just don't use them enough so I thought I would add a Tilda challenge blog to my list of challenges to make myself use them more often! This challenge blog looked fab and the design team cards were just to die for so I had to pick this one to follow. I shouldn't add any more really!

Recipe:

Stamps: Romantic Tilda with Parasol

Papers: Soft Sky, Perfect Plum, Bride DSP, Copic white

Inks: Rose Red, Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics

Accessories: Circle Nestabilities, Eyelet Border Punch, Soft Sky ribbon, Prima flowers, Purple glitter brads, SU Rub ons Love & Happiness (retired)

Well that's all those ones done! On to the next blog post which is all about PTI challenges this time!
