Butterflies and Flowers

All of these cards contain images of flowers, or butterflies or both! I've been loving my butterflies at the minute - I think I'm trying to call the summer back before winter sets in, although it looks like it's already here! We have a snow warning for this week - argh!

My first one is for a huge amount of challenges: Mojo #165 for the sketch, Just Us Girls #60 to use dark red, black, white and gold, A Passion For Papertrey's Scrapalicious Challenge (my white cardstock pieces were small scraps, the Victorian Lace die was left over from VSN last weekend, when I didn't use it on a card and the yellow DSP was another bit I cut to use and then changed my mind last weekend!), Papertrey Posse's November challenge to make a thank you card using fall colours (I think dark red and gold count as fall colours, don't you?!) and finally for Free For All #39 to make a thank you card. Phew!

Recipe:

Stamps: Butterfly Dreams, Around and About Sentiments both from PTI,

Papers: Harvest Gold, Scarlet Jewel, Distressed Dots DSP all from PTI, Basic Black from SU, white cs from stash

Inks: Scarlet Jewel from PTI, Daffodil Delight and Basic Black from SU

Accessories: Victorian Lace Die, Diamonds Impression Plate, Mat Stack 2 die, Limited Layers 1 3/4" Circle collection dies, Butterfly die, Scarlet Jewel ribbon, True Black buttons all from PTI

My next card is for Color Throwdown #199 to use Pear Pizzazz, Cajun Craze and Early Espresso. I used old Mojo #79 for the sketch. (Nearly caught up on all the old Mojo sketches now - where will I go for sketches next?!)

Recipe:

Stamps: Just Believe from SU

Papers: Pear Pizzazz cs & DSP from hostess pack, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Whisper White all from SU

Inks: Pear Pizzazz, Cajun Craze from SU

Accessories: Scallop Trim Punch, Photo Corners Punch, Early Espresso grosgrain ribbon all from SU, White pearl from Papermania, Glossy Accents (to make the dots look like brads), Victorian Fleur Embossing Folder from Papermania

My next one is for Paper Pal Arts #69 to make a CAS card with ribbon - does mine qualify for CAS do you think? I hope so as I can't do CAS at all, but this one is fairly simple in my opinion! I used SC306 for the sketch, CC296 to use Poppy Parade, Tempting Turquoise and White and it's also for Free For All #37 to use an image with a tail!

Recipe:

Stamps: For Everything from SU

Papers: Poppy Parade, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White all from SU

Inks: Poppy Parade and Tempting Turquoise inks and markers from SU

Accessories: Scallop Trim Punch, Tempting Turquoise grosgrain ribbon (retired) both from SU, Circle Nestabilities, Diamond Stickles, Swiss Dot Embossing Folder

My last card for this post is for Sweet Sunday's sketch #94 and Stacey's Curtain Call #57 to use Basic Gray, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White, Cajun Craze and Chocolate Chip. Hmmm not too sure about this combo!

Recipe:

Stamps: Great Friend from SU

Papers: Cajun Craze, Basic Gray, Whisper White, Ski Slope DSP (retired), Rainbow Sherbet DSP (retired) all from SU

Inks: Basic Gray, Cajun Craze, Chocolate Chip, Tempting Turquoise all from SU

Accessories: Basic Gray Taffeta ribbon (retired) from SU, Circle Nestabilities, Gems from Papermania

And that all my butterflies and flowers for you! Thanks for stopping by!
