As it's Valentine's Day on Monday I thought I'd best make my boyfriend a card. However I made the Edwin one first and then remembered he doesn't like these stamps (he thinks they looks like mooses - poor Tilda and Edwin) so I then made the second one, which actually I do prefer. It's not the custom over here yet to send Valentine cards and gifts to loved ones like it is in America, and while I did do last year, I just haven't had the time to do so again this year! Must try to get more organised next year!
So on to the cards... this Edwin valentine is for several challenges (only because so many challenge blogs are Valentine themed at the minute). So this one is for Just Magnolia #93 for the sketch, Totally Tilda Challenge #15 to use 3 different heart elements (I have 5 - the background stamps, hearts on the DSP, hearts on the ribbon, heart punchies and the heart balloon Edwin is holding!), Papertake Weekly's Have A Heart challenge, Stamping Royalty's Challenge #58 Hearts, Hearts, and more Hearts and for Colour Create's Challenge #64 to use chocolate, strawberry and cream, inspired by the truely scrumptious sundae on their blog!
Recipe:
Stamps: Loving Edwin from Magnolia, Around & About Sentiments from PTI, Victorian Frippery from Waltzing Mouse Stamps

My other Valentine's card is the most vintage one I've come up with and I just LOVE it!!! This one is for Viva La Verve's February Sketch #3, Paper Pal Arts Vintage Inspiration Challenge #80, Just Add Ink's Challenge #55 Just Add Love and Papertrey Princess Belinda's Celebrate Challenge.

And that's all my Valentine's done for today folks! Thanks for stopping by!
