A Stitch in Time....

Does not save nine, nor does it save me any time, when I have to hand stitch because my small sewing machine only does straight or zigzag stitches and I haven't quite worked out how to do cross-stitching on it yet. I will one day pull it out and have a proper play with it on card. At the minute I'm too worried about messing up my project so just do the stitching by hand, but boy does it take forever! Looks pretty though!

Anyway on to the cards... This first one is for Card Patterns Sketch #153 and old colour combo CC92 to use Real Red, Cool Caribbean (which I swapped for Soft Sky as I don't have any) and Whisper White. This sketch is just perfect for using up all those little scraps of DSP that I keep in the pack just in case...

My next card is for Viva La Verve's Sketch #3 for February and Colour Create's Challenge #90 to use lilac, blue, kraft and white. I found this gorgeous blue patterned paper in one of my unused 6x6 paper packs. It's surprising how much "new" stuff you discover when you start looking through your stash!

And that's all for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by!
