Challenge A was to use one of Journey's (the band) songs for your inspiration for your card. I love Journey's Don't Stop Believing which led me to this card. A huge flutter of butterflies - something to believe in! I also used Play Date Café's Challenge #136 for my colours using Rich Razzleberry, Elegant Eggplant and Blue Bayou. And you can't see it in the photo but the whole stamped layer is impressed with the Tin Types impression plate and adds such a nice layer of texture to it.

Challenge B was to use an image of a suitcase or bag somewhere. The only image I could find after going through several boxes and drawers was this one from La-La Land Crafts so I did a very quick colour, ok so 30 minutes or so out of the 45 was spent on colouring, so maybe not so quick! I added some palm tree DSP as well to give the idea that Marci is going on holiday somewhere exotic! LOL

Challenge C was to create a card representing the time period of your choosing. I so would have loved to have been around in the 1960s, driving an original Beetle and heading off to a summer of free love at Woodstock. Here's my flower power inspired Beetle card anyway.

Challenge D was to make a card or project using any mode of transportation. Having already used my Beetle stamp, I thought I'd best use something else so pulled out my hot air balloons instead. I also used CC379 to use Cajun Craze, Baja Breeze and Cherry Cobbler for this one.

And finally Challenge E was to make a card or project using Landmarks and Locations as your inspiration! The only landmark I really have is this Eiffel Tower stamp from the Artistic Etchings set, so I paired it up with the matching Love letter DSP for a quick little card!

And that's all for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by! Off to plan some more VSN Challenges ready for tomorrow!
