Black and white

Just a couple of cards I made this week using black and whit as the main colours.

This first one is for Viva La Verve's Sketch Challenge #4 for August and Play Date CafĂ©'s Challenge #149 to use these colours. I went for a bit of heat embossing on this one, which is a technique I don't do enough!

And here's my card.

My next card is for A Passion for Papertrey's Congratulations Challenge, Cupcake Crafts Challenge #206 to use black and white and for Make It Monday's Challenge #79 to use fabric die cuts. I do think this card is a bit busy, but I kind of like it. The fabric was too floppy on its own so I glued the centres of each butterfly on to another die cuts of the same butterfly but in card and they worked much better.

And that's all for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by!
