Origami is not something I have ever gotten into as I always found it just too fiddly, but this week's F4A171 wanted you to use some origami on your card/project and the Viva La Verve's Sketch #1 for June needed a heart so I hunted for a tutorial on how to do an origami heart, and you know what? It was so easy to do! I also used the colours from Play Date Café's Challenge #184 which I interpreted as Perfect Plum, Calypso Coral and Blushing Bride.
And here's my card.
Recipe:
Stamps: Heart-2-Heart #3 from Papertrey Ink
Papers: Calypso Coral, Perfect Plum, Whisper White, The Sweet Shop DSP (Retired), In Colors 2010-12 DSP Stack (Retired) all from Stampin' Up
Inks: Calypso Coral, Perfect Plum, Blushing Bride (Retired) all from Stampin' Up
Accessories: Subtles Buttons, Calypso Coral Baker's Twine both from Stampin' Up, Paper Doily from eBay
And that's all from me for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by.
