Glamorous Butterfly Princess

Challenge #48 this fortnight on Saturated Canary's blog is called Glamour and Glitz. I knew I had just the right papers for this challenge - The Black Currant Stack from DCWV, which is full of black, ivory, silver and a rich blackcurrant colour and lots of foil papers too - the glitz without the mess! So out that pad came and I added a few embellishments along the way, making my own rolled paper roses for Charisma Cardz Challenge #29

And here's my gorgeous Butterfly Princess. I wanted to add the frantage to act a bit like confetti - no idea why but thought she should be walking through some LOL. I always find that my frantage is so flyaway though, regardless of how far away my heat tool is from the card and I do heat it from underneath. Might have to dig out my old Versamark pen to see if that's any better!

Recipe:

Stamps: Butterfly Princess Digi Stamp from Saturated Canary

Papers: Rich Razzleberry from Stampin' Up, Silver Pearlescent card from local craft store, Copic X-Press It Blending Card, The Black Currant Stack from DCWV

Inks: Copic Markers

Accessories: Cherish Punch Around The Page set from Martha Stewart, Shabby White and Shabby Pink Frantage from Stampendous, Metal Butterfly and Ribbon both from The Ribbon Girl, Gems from stash, Precious Hearts Die from Memory Box, 3D Flower 1 Die from cArt-Us, Butterfly Border Die from Joy Crafts, Elegant Flourish Die from Crafts Too, Filigree Border Die from Papertrey Ink

And that's all from me for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by!
