Ching-Chou Kuik February Challenge Torn To Pieces

Good Morning and welcome to my post for this month's challenge from the Ching-Chou Digital Stamps Challenge and Inspiration Blog. If you follow the challenge blog you may have already seen my card this weekend when the challenge first went live, but today's my chance to show my card in detail.

This month our challenge is called Torn To Pieces so we want to see something torn on your card. I don't usually do distressed cards very well - the shabby chic style does not come naturally to me as much as I love it on other people's cards, but I found the perfect thing to tear for my cards - the letters to make up my sentiment. These are from the Pink Butterfly & Letters 12x12 inch DSP from Pion Design. I need more of these!

And here's my card - I am totally in love with this one and think I could give this shabby chic style a bit more of a go! I used the gorgeous Gentle Heart image from Ching-Chou's etsy store

This card is also for:
