The Paper Shelter Challenge #294 - Stitching Faux or Real

Good Morning and welcome to my DT post for the new challenge from The Paper Shelter. This week our challenge is to use some stitching either real or faux. I don't use stitching very often on my cards because I just cannot use a sewing machine at all (I have a mini one from Hobbycraft somewhere that I could never stitch in a straight line with, so gave up on it!) and I cannot be bothered to do it by hand as it takes me so long!

Anyway here is my card using the adorable Cool Lolly Updated and dug out some of my old papers from Lili of the Valley before they stopped producing them. I added faux stitching to all my patterned paper layers as well as joining the pierced holes on my image panel. My ribbon also has some faux stitching on too!

Recipe:

Stamps: Cool Lolly Updated from The Paper Shelter

Papers: So Saffron & Whisper White both from Stampin' Up, Country Meadow Patterned Papers from Lili of the Valley, Super Smooth Card from That Craft Place, Card Blank from stash

Inks: Copic Markers

Accessories: Blushing Bride Twine form Stampin' Up, Charm & Wooden Flowers all from The Works, Sweet Paris Ribbon from Dovecraft, Border Dies & Frame Dies both from eBay, Copic Multiliner

Copics Used:
Skin - E000, E00, E21, E11, E04, R20, R30
Hair - E21, E23, E25, E29
Eyes - G07, G17
Jeans - E30, E31, E33, E35
Pink - RV10, RV11, RV13
Yellow - Y21, Y23, Y26

And that's all from me for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to pop on over to the Paper Shelter Challenge blog and check out all the other fabulous projects from the DT and why not join in the fun whilst you are there?!
