Newton Dreams of Paris

Good afternoon and welcome to a random post from me today! I made this card the other day but never got round to blogging it and after the devastating fire of Notre Dame the other day I thought I would share it to show my love of Paris. We went to Paris for my 40th birthday a few years ago and went to see Notre Dame. Unfortunately we didn't get to go inside as the queues were massive and we hadn't booked any early pass tickets, so we always said we would go back one day to see it again. The outside itself was just stunning. I really do hope that they are able to restore it.

Anyway...here's my card using the adorable Newton Dreams of Paris set. I used the sketch from the latest Inky Paws Challenge and this is my first time entering one of their challenges. I now have a few Newton's Nook stamp sets, so I can join in at last!

  2. This is lovely, your coloring is perfect! When I was in Paris (sometime in the 90s) they were restoring Notre Dame and it was covered in scaffolding,, I'm hoping they'll be able to restore it too, I'd like to see it without all of that construction equipment in front of it! Thanks for joining us for this Inky Paws Challenge ♥
