#Mermay Challenge 13 - Sailor

Welcome back to another of my #mermay challenge posts! This has been a really hard challenge to do, not so much the actual colouring as I can sit for hours doing that, but the card making is hard going as I don't have a dedicated craft space so it takes me ages to haul everything out to craft and then to haul it all back to put away again! It becomes a bit of a chore to be honest, so I tend to wait until I have the time to make 4 or 5 cards in one sitting, hence why I am SO incredibly late with my posts! (If I do this again next year, I will definitely plan it better rather than last minute!)

Anyway today's challenge is... to include a sailor with my mermaid. 

I used this cute stamp from Polkadoodles for this card along with some nautical themed patterned papers, which I had forgotten I had until I was hunting for some to go with this card! It looked a bit empty and I couldn't find any nautical themed charms or dies, but did find this glittery blue twine, so added a rope string down the side for a bit of fun texture!
