A Pair of Saturated Canaries

I love the images from Saturated Canary and made a couple of cards with them this weekend.

This first one was my final Christmas card of the year! Thank goodness! This one is for Saturated Canary's Challenge #33 to be inspired by the photo below - I took the gorgeous colours from it - and for Papertake Weekly's Challenge to choose one of your favourite challenges of the year and redo a card for it. I love their sketch challenges -always so big with lots of layers so I chose sketch #65 for mine.

And here's my card...

...finally completed after the invasion of my cat Tallulah who quite obviously didn't want me to do any more crafting on Saturday!

And my next card is not for any challenge but just because I fancied making one with one of my new digis! I intend on giving this one to my MIL as a thank you for the kindle vouchers I am hoping she has bought me for Christmas!

And that's all from me today folks! Thanks for stopping by!
