Just a couple of cards I made this weekend with some flowers and some butterflies - simples!!!
This first card is for Viva La Verve's Sketch #4 for January and Color Throwdown's Challenge #226 to use these gorgeous colours - perfect for 2-step stamping, although I don't have any 2 step stamping leaves from Verve so just did the flowers and added the other green elsewhere. Love how this one came out.
And here's my card.
Recipe:
Stamps: Tag Time, Thoughtful Florals, Fancy Florals Remixed, Bloom and Grow all from Verve Stamps
Paper: Perfect Plum, Garden Green, Whisper White all from SU
Ink: Perfect Plum, Garden Green, Wisteria Wonder, Certainly Celery all from SU
Accessories: Certainly Celery Grosgrain Ribbon (Retired), Perfect Plum Taffeta Ribbon both from SU, Tagged Rectangle Die from Verve Stamps, Decorative Labels 8 from Spellbinders
My next card is for SC420 for the sketch and CC410 to use Soft Suede, Calypso Coral and Pool Party. I fancied doing some butterflies and came up with this!
Recipe:
Stamps: Quilled Elegance from PTI
Paper: Soft Suede, Calypso Coral, Pool Party, Whisper White, Sweet Shop DSP (Retired) all from SU
Ink: Soft Suede from SU
Accessories: Woodgrain Embossing Folder from Craft Concepts, Beautiful Butterflies Dies, Double Ended Banner Die from PTI, Buttons from Stash, Everyday Enchantment Brads (Retired) from SU
And that's all for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by.
