In The Pink Challenge #95 1-2-3

Good Morning and welcome to my final post for the In The Pink Challenge. I have decided to step down from this design team to give myself a break and a change. This time of year is always really busy for me at school and I just haven't got as much time as I would like to do everything I want to do, so unfortunately I am going to be leaving a few of the design teams I am on over the next couple of months.

Here's mine using a gorgeous image from Janna Prosvirina. My 1-2-3 are 1 image, 1 sentiment, 2 dies used, 2 trims, 3 gems in the corner, 3 gems on the crown die and 3 patterned papers used. Easy!

The Paper Shelter Challenge #250 Make It Digital

Good Morning and welcome to my DT post for the new challenge over at The Paper Shelter. This week our challenge is called Make It Digital, so we want to see something digital on your project. It could be a digital image, digital papers, a digital sentiment or digital colouring. Let your imagination fly!

I used the gorgeous digital image Spring Style for my card and went for a slightly bigger than normal size so I could add lots of pretty embellishments to it. I had to go for my favourite colour combo (at the minute anyway!) of pink and aqua with a soft brown. I attempted more of a shabby chic style with this card too and love how it looks. Should try it more often!

And I found some new, unopened embellishments too - the ribbon and pearl flowers are all from Cuddly Buddly. No idea how long I have had them, but they hadn't been opened at all! Ooops. I bet have I have a lot more stuff like that too!

This card is also for

Faery Ink New Release Ophelia in Wonderland - White Rabbit

Good Morning and welcome to my post for the new release of another fabulous image from Faery Ink. This month it is time for another of my favourite fairytales. This time, Alice in Wonderland. I had this hardback book with an orange cover as a child and I must have read it like a million times. I loved it! Not read it for a while, but I did go and see the stage version a couple of years ago and it was utterly fantastic!

Anyway here is my version of Ophelia in Wonderland - White Rabbit. Now I know the White Rabbit is supposed to be white, but when I did her hair as white she just looked like an old lady (I think I did too much grey to be honest!), so I turned her hair black instead.

Conie Fong New Release - Sitting Pretty on Mushroom

Good Morning and welcome to my new release post for Conie Fong. This month Conie sent me this absolutely gorgeous fairy image, Sitting Pretty on Mushroom, to use. Now, I just love my fairies and this one is no exception! Isn't she just beautiful?

I decided to go for some pastel colours and did something out of the ordinary for me! I didn't do my flowers in their usual symmetrical layout. I'm a little OCD about that, but thought I would just do a mish mash of different flowers this time and really like the different look. I still wanted to add some more to balance them out, but managed to resist...LOL

The East Wind New Release - Lucy Loo The Wicked Queen

Good Morning everyone and welcome to a new release project from me for The East Wind. Unky has released some gorgeous new images this month and I got to work with the gorgeous Lucy Loo Wicked Queen. She reminded me of Regina, the Evil Queen from Once upon A Time, so I used Regina's colouring of pale skin and black hair for her.

I didn't really have any wicked related sentiments so went with a generic live, laugh, dream one instead.

Faery Ink New Release - Destiny as Tinman

Good Morning and welcome to my project for the new release from Faery Ink this month. Last month Amanda released Destiny in Oz - Dorothy with Toto (from the Wizard of Oz), which I just had to have and this month she also released Destiny as Tinman! Eeek I love the Wizard of Oz! Keep your fingers crossed that some more Wizard of Oz images will be released soon!

Now this project is a work in progress. I am going to make 4 or 6 5 inch squares, depending on how many images Amanda releases, all the same style, each in a different colour of the rainbow. I am going to hang them on the wall with the sentiment, There's No Place Like Home in the centre!

And here is my Dorothy and Toto one in blue this time...

Aren't they just gorgeous images together...
