Christmas Fairy Sending Christmas Cheer

I won a prize from Stitchy Bear Stamps a little while ago and chose some Christmas images for my cards this year and this Christmas Fairy was one of them! I kept it fairly plain (well for me anyway) so that it was a bit easier to go through the postal service. I have spent a fortune this year on posting cards, so any flatter ones were much needed to keep the costs down!

Some Real Quick Christmas Cards

My Mother-in-law has asked for 12 Christmas cards on top of the 10 cards that I was already short so I thought I had best make some really quick ones as I haven't got enough time to do detailed, coloured ones for them all. These are all fairly flat as well so ideal for posting too!

This was the only one with a bit of colouring on it and this took all of about 15 minutes to colour as well as it didn't need very much shading at all. The dots around the words took the longest!

My next card it one I have done before in the past but always a good one to replicate as it is so quick and easy to do so! I used the Wonderful Words: Snow set from Papertrey Ink and a range of blue inks to come up with this ombre effect. Took about 10 minutes to make in all! And that included getting everything out and putting it all away again! (I'm a tidy crafter. After each card everything I no longer need is put back where it belongs before I get the next lot of supplies out to use!)

And my last card for this post is the one that took the longest! I just could not get the white bits on Santa's suit to be white enough. I tried my Molotow Paint Pen and that just leaked everywhere. My white gel pen sucks and didn't work at all. This version is my white chalk pen from Stampin' Up and was ok but still not bright white enough for me! Love the concept of this card though!
