For today's post, I have used the gorgeous Mermaid Gang from All Dressed Up and added in a bubbly background using my chalks and a stencil and it almost looks a bit like a bokeh background. Something different for a change and I quite like it!

Scene It Sunday #29 Featuring Time To Read from All Dressed Up

Good morning! I hope you had all had a restful and enjoyable weekend so far! Mine are always filled with crafting as I rarely get any time (or have the energy) to do much during the week, so I spend all day Saturday colouring, and all day Sunday crafting! I keep saying I am going to try and get some colouring classes done during the week, but this teaching from home on Zoom every day is absolutely shattering and definitely creating more work, despite what the government think us teachers actually do!

Anyway today's Scene It Sunday card is another reading scene that I have used to decorate my reading journal, which I am loving using at the minute. It's so quick and easy to fill in and takes no time at all. To make this scene, I used the Time To Read image from All Dressed Up and then lots of elements from the Build-A-Living Room Set from The Greeting Farm. The sentiment comes from the Reading Mermaid Stamp by Simply B Stamps.

As this is in my reading journal I had to keep it fairly flat with no embellishments, but I think it looks great as it is!

New Year, New Calendars

Good Morning! I usually make calendars for my work colleagues every year and decided this time to go with a fairly simple design in various colours using some of the images I have already coloured up.

This first calendar uses an adorable new release image from Sherri Baldy's New Besties collection, img818, which will be in the shop very soon!

The next one uses the oh so Pretty in Plaits from All Dressed Up.

Next up is sweet, little Molly Fairy from Conie Fong.

My penultimate calendar uses the stunning Faery Ink's Autumn Rose Belle of the Ball.

And for my own calendar I used the gorgeous June Fairy in my fave pinks and brown from Simply B Stamps.

I'm not going to list all my resources and Copic colours used on these calendars as it will take me hours to type it all up, but if you really do want to know email me!

These calendars are also for

All Dressed Up Challenge #64 Anything Goes

Good evening and welcome to my very last post for the All Dressed Up Challenge. I have decided to leave some of my design teams and start the new year with less of a workload. My real life job is incredibly busy and I am finding that I am just not having as much free time at home as I would like and tend to spend all weekend, every weekend making DT cards. I don't have any other time to do anything else :(

To help with that I have decided to leave All Dressed Up and would like to thank Wendy and all the other lovely ladies, who have been part of the design team, for their love and friendship over the last (almost) 2 years. I joined All Dressed Up in February 2015 and that time has just flown by! I will always be a huge fan of Wendy's images and I know that I will join in the challenges when I get the chance too.

So anyway here is my last card using the gorgeous Christmas Tree Fairy, all coloured up in traditional colours. I have finally discovered the fun of Snow-Tex too and added lots to my flowers and the wooden stars!

Just remember you need to include an image from All Dressed Up though!

Good afternoon and welcome to a fabulous event from All Dressed Up. We have reached 3000 members in our Facebook group and to celebrate Wendy is giving away this fabulous image for free!

I thought the time theme was appropriate so pulled out my fairly new set from Clearly Besotted to add some fab sentiments and the clock was on the brown sheet of patterned paper, but I ended up covering it too much, so used another sheet to cut this one out of and added it over the top.

All Dressed Up and Kit & Clowder Event Special Digi Release

Good afternoon and welcome to an extra special post from me today. This weekend Alyce Keegan from Kit & Clowder is celebrating her 10,000 member milestone and All Dressed Up were asked to join in. Wendy has designed a fabulous image which you can get for free by following the links in this photo on Facebook.

All Dressed Up Challenge #58 Anything Goes

Hello! I think I am back in the land of the living! I have been so busy recently writing end of year reports and doing assessments on the 30 children in my class that I have had no free time at all really. I am shattered now though, but only 20 more days to go 'til the end of the term and I can finally have a proper, well deserved rest.

Anyway onto the new challenge from All Dressed Up. As always it is an Anything Goes challenge, but you must use an image from All Dressed Up to enter! You can buy these gorgeous images here in the etsy store or grab a freebie from the blog here if you want.

I used the gorgeous Princess For A Day - a perfect image for a little girl! Isn't she just gorgeous?!
