Just a couple of colouring classes finished!

Thought I would just share a couple of my Kit and Clowder colouring classes that I have done recently but not yet shared.

This first one was May 2018's class using a gorgeous digi stamp from Molly Harrison. Lots of fluffy clouds for this one!

And the second one is actually this month's (Yep I managed to do it in the month it came out for once!) using an image provided by Alyce. I would never have been able to drawn a giraffe pattern freehand before trying this one!

Hope you have enjoyed seeing these colourings!

Little Miss Muffet Stamps Challenge #198 Anything Goes

Good morning and welcome to my DT post for the new challenge from Little Miss Muffet Stamps. It's get that bit closer to my favourite holiday of the year - Hallowe'en - and I just had to make a card using the new Spooky Park Scene Background and Polka Dot Pals Hauntly!

My Copics were awful colouring this image! They ran out; they went sticky; they wouldn't blend at all, but...luckily I do have a few Polychromos Pencils and by a few I mean a tin of 20 or 24 pencils or so, so very limited colour choices there! They did, however, come to my rescue and help fix the sky a bit! I actually like the effect of them over the Copics here!

And a closer photo of the image (just ignore the messy colouring!)

This card is also for

What's Brewing?

Good morning! I've been on a bit of a Hallowe'en colouring craze recently and have bought lots of new Hallowe'en stamps that all needed a play with! These stamps are from Clearly Besotted and I just loved the idea of creating a witch's cupboard of ingredients ready for her cauldron! Just a shame I did too many and couldn't actually add a witch to the card! LOL Might have to have another go and do that next time!

I stamped 9 of the jars and added a different ingredient to each one before colouring with my Copics and then adding some Crystal Effects to them to give that glossy glass appearance! The dies are also some of my new ones from Sugar Pie Designs.

I've Carved Out Time To Say....

Good evening! I had a bit of a crafty play day today after I finished my DT assignments and used my new Lawn Fawn Pick of the Patch set along with the Reveal Wheel dies to create this cute card!

I don't have the square reveal wheel die yet, but thought this one was a tad too snug for a A6 sized card. Didn't leave me any room for patterned papers or any embellishments! I don't have the Pick of the Patch dies either, mostly because I don't like the look of the white edges that they leave round each of the stamps, so I fussy cut all mine out and then added the stalk swirls once I had glued them on the background.

I used my very limited amount of Distress Inks to colour the sky and added some hills with Old Olive card cut with my stitched border dies. Think this month's crafty budget will be to buy some more Distress Inks!

This card is also for

Recipe:

Stamps: Pick of the Patch from Lawn Fawn

Papers: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black & Whisper White all from Stampin' Up, Patterned Papers from Maja Design and Doodlebug, Super Smooth Card from That Craft Place

Accessories: Reveal Wheel Die & Reveal Wheel Pick of the Patch Add In Die both from Lawn Fawn, Stitched Border Dies from eBay, Ribbon from stash

Copics Used:
Big Pumpkins - YR04, YR68, YR07, YR09, E15

Fantasy Friday #7 Featuring Enchanted Magical Unicorn Fairy from Sherri Baldy

Good morning and welcome to my latest Fantasy Friday post, where I share all my love for fantasy and magical images! This week I am sharing one of Sherri Baldy's gorgeous images, Enchanted Magical Unicorn Fairy IMG 397! I coloured this image up ages ago for one of the 30 Days of Colouring events, but hadn't used her and thought she would be perfect for a cute birthday card!

I have finally given up on using the second bottle of the Dazzling Details as well as it just looks clumpy to me! Back to good old Nuvo Glitter or Stickles now! I am on a mission to use up some of my older crafting stuff and the papers I have used today are years old, but go really well with the colours I used to colour her in I think!
