I've had a ton of crafting time this week, what with being on holiday and all, but I haven't gotten round to blogging them all until now. These are my more girly cards from this week.
My first one is for Waltzing Mouse Sketch Challenge #43 and CR84FN24 to use light blue, aqua and cream. I used Soft Sky which is one of my fave retired SU blues and Aqua Mist from Papertrey Ink, but unfortunately my ink cube is so bone dry I couldn't get anything out of it! I hope PTI bring out their new ink pads soon. This is the pretty inspiration piccy from CR84FN.
And here's my card for these challenges:
Recipe:
Stamps: Victorian Frippery, Frame It both from Walzting Mouse Stamps, Fillable Frames Additions from PTI
Papers: Soft Sky (retired), Very Vanilla both from SU, Aqua Mist from PTI
Inks: Soft Sky (retired), Tempting Turquoise both from SU
Accessories: Beautiful Blooms Dies #2, Fillable Frames #3 die, Aqua Mist Ribbon and Buttons all from PTI, Baker's Twine from The Ribbon Reel
My next card is for My Time Made Easy Pretty Pattern Challenge #5 and Pretty Palette #4 to use peach, kraft, seafoam and ivory (I have no idea what colour seafoam really is so went with Mellow Moss which kind of matched the sample on the blog! Just realised I missed the deadline for this one - that's why I should have blogged more this week!). It is also for Truly Scrumptious' Challenge #55 to go vintage, Papertake Weekly's Dimensional Challenge (I popped Cheeky's head up on dimensionals) and Farm Fresh Friday's Distressing Challenge.
Recipe:
Stamps: Cheeky Glamour from The Greeting Farm, Around and About Sentiments from PTI
Papers: Mellow Moss (retired), Peach Parfait, Crumb Cake all from SU, Copics White, Green DSP from Kaisercraft, Peach DSP from My Mind's Eye
Inks: Mellow Moss (retired), Peach Parfait both from SU, Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics
Accessories: Crumb Cake Seam Binding Ribbon from SU, Circle Nestabilities, Lace from Cuddly Buddly
My next one is for Magnolia-licious' Challenge #6 to use pink and green, Totally Tilda's Challenge #20 to use a Tilda from around the world but not England (Spanish Tilda is the ony one I have, but she is a cutie), Just Magnolia's Challenge #102 to make a birthday cake in honour of their blog-birthday and for old Mojo #35 for the sketch.
Recipe:
Stamps: Spanish Tilda from Magnolia, Round & Round from PTI
Papers: Mellow Moss (retired), Bravo Burgundy both from SU, Copics White, DSP from Kaisercraft
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics
Accessories: Bravo Burgundy Ribbon (retired) from SU, Pink roses from Hobbycraft, Burgundy Roses from Papermania
And my final girly card is for Paper Pal Arts Challenge #81 to use flowers, SC328 for the sketch, CC318 to use So Saffron, Pretty in Pink and Pear Pizzazz and for Free For All #59 to use embedded embossing. I have never done this technique before but it looks fab!
Recipe:
Stamps: Just Believe from SU
Papers: So Saffron, Pear Pizzazz, Pretty in PInk, Whisper White, Lap of Luxury DSP all from SU
Inks: Pear Pizzazz from SU
Accessories: Boho Blossoms Punch, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Pear Pizzazz ribbon all from SU, Pearls from stash
And that's all my girly cards for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by!
