I rarely send out cards just to say hello, so thought it might be a nice idea to do so to friends I've not spoken to for a little while. This card is for Viva La Verve's Sketch #4 for April, CC422 to use this fab colour combo below and for Make It Monday's Challenge #112 to use embossed alpha die cuts. I actually don't have many alpha die sets from Papertrey Ink - just this Script one, which I love to bits! I embossed a piece of Whisper White cardstock with Melon Mambo embossing powder before cutting out my letters and I love the subtle little shine it brings to the card.
And here's my card.
Recipe:
Stamps: Flower Fusion #6 & #7, Mat Stack #2 Collection all from Papertrey Ink
Papers: River Rock, Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White, Melon Mambo Prints DSP (Retired), River Rock Prints DSP (Retired) all from Stampin' Up
Inks: River Rock, Elegant Eggplant, Melon Mambo, Versamark all from Stampin' Up
Accessories: Upper and Lower Script Alphabet Dies, Mat Stack #2 Die, Layerz Mat Stack #2 Die, Double Ended Banner Die all from Papertrey Ink, Melon Mambo Embossing Powder from Stampin' Up, Hearts Embossing Folder from Crafts Too
And that's all from me for this post folks! Thanks for stopping by.
