Teddy With Flower

I bought this stamp from Lily of the Valley years ago and have hardly used it. My renewed love for LOTV made me pull him out again and he's such a cutie to colour. (I stopped using certain stamps as I was using watercolour pencils at the time and couldn't get the hang of them and I hadn't discovered Copics then either, so I gave up trying to colour. It was only when I found Copics and went to a couple of classes at my local craft store that I felt I could colour in images half decently, so all my old stamps came back out!)

Anyway this card is for The Sweet Stop's Sketch Challenge #213 (with a little variation on the sketch!), Just Add Ink's Challenge #167 to just add fabric ( my ruffled edge is some yellow gingham fabric) and for Lili's Little Fairies Challenge to use purple and yellow.

And here's my card.

Recipe:

Stamps: Teddy With Flower, Vintage Labels Just To Say both from Lili of the Valley, Background Basics: Gingham from Papertrey Ink

Papers: Wisteria Wonder, Perfect Plum, Whisper White In Colors 2011-13 DSP Stack all from Stampin' Up, Neenah Solar Crest

Inks: Daffodil Delight, Wisteria Wonder both from Stampin' Up, memento Tuxedo Black, Copic Markers

Accessories: Daffodil Delight 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon from Stampin' Up, Isabella Butterfly Die, Pippi Butterfly Die both from Memory Box, Purple Twine from Sir Stampalot, Yellow Gingham Fabric from local haberdashery store

And that's all from me today folks! Thanks for stopping by.

I do have some every exciting news to share with you next week, but I cannot reveal anything until Monday! Keep your eyes peeled!
