Crafty Sentiments were also very generous to provide the DT with some images to use for this challenge and I chose to use Sweet Birthdays - such a cute little girl!

And here's my card. I went for a card in a box and added some extra birthday balloons and presents. Love this style of card - so effective and not too hard (unless like me you glue the inside on the outside and then have to cut all the panels off and start again when the card rips as you're trying to peel it apart!)
