Little Miss Muffet Stamps Carnival Time!

No photo description available.

Good evening everyone and welcome to an extra special DT post from me today. As you might remember Little Miss Muffet Stamps owner Barbara decide to take a hiatus a little while ago, but she is back today briefly with a limited edition rubber stamp release, with several stamps available all on the theme of carnival!

We don't call it carnival here in the UK as such as to us a carnival is more of a street parade (Think Notting Hill Carnival) but to us Brits, an American carnival is called a fun fair. This usually has lots of fun rides, yummy food stalls and lots of games to win prizes! Lots of bright lights, sugary foods and noise! Fun for everyone!

Anyway.. my card today shares the Swings 'n' Slides Ice Cream stamp with the Sweet Sentiments stamp. I kept this one fairly simple, and as you will see over the next few days, the layout was the same for all my cards so they make a trio or related images!

This card is also for

Recipe:

Stamps: Swings 'n' Slides Ice Cream & Swings n'n Slides Sweet Sentiments Stamps both from Little Miss Muffet Stamps

Papers: Pink Pirouette & Tempting Turquoise (Both Retired) both from Stampin' Up, Florals Patterned Papers from Craft Sensations, Make It Colour Blending Card from Make It Crafty

Something Else on Saturday #2 Art by MiRan Colouring Page

Good morning and welcome to another of my Something Else on Saturday posts. This week I am using one of the gorgeous new colouring pages from Art by MiRan. I used to be on her Design Team until she took a break from drawing to focus on having her baby, who is a gorgeous little girl now.

However, she has recently returned with a small colouring book and this is one of the pages from it. I resized it to an almost A5 sized image and coloured it using my Copics. It took a while to do but it turned out so beautiful I think, that it was well worth it! (Why does my sky always look horrible when I photograph it, though?! It looks so much better in real life!)

Good Morning and welcome to my inspiration post for Faery Ink for this week. This week I have used the gorgeous Believe In Yourself, which was the One Day Fae Giveaway at the end of last month, but I just didn't have chance to use her at the time. I went for some bright tropical colours in this image and then decided on a silvery, grey hair colour, which I have added Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen to, but you can't see in this photo!

Fantasy Friday #30 Featuring Unicorn Birthday from Isabel Cristina Stamps

Good morning and welcome to another of my Fantasy Friday posts. This week I have used the adorable to make a bright, fun birthday card.

I do love my unicorns and saw a friend of mine using these digi stamps, so had to go and buy them. I love the idea of a rainbow mane and that's where the colour combo came from! However, it is harder to match colours to it when you have so many, so hopefully these papers from the Rainbow Magic pad from Hobbycraft work well enough.
