Scrapper's Delights New Release Chibi Graffiti Bill

Good evening and welcome to my post for the new releases from Scrapper's Delights. I am using the fun Graffiti Bill and the wall background. I added the Happy Birthday sentiment to the wall, so it would look like he had just sprayed it!

As it is quite a large image, I kept the rest of the card pretty simple and just added a touch of ribbon in the corner as I didn't have any dark blue baker's twine, which would have worked better I think.
