Good morning and welcome to my inspiration post for Faery Ink today. It will soon be Hallowe'en as if you have been a follower of mine for a while, you will know that I love all things Hallowe'en! Amanda recently released a whole collection of Autumn and Hallowe'en Tomte Gnomes and I couldn't wait to use one of them!

Here is my Hallowe'en Vampire - isn't he just fang-tastic!

You can read more about this card on my post over on the Faery Ink blog!

Something else on Saturday #26 Featuring Princess and Apple from Paper Nest Dolls

Good morning and Happy Saturday! It's the end of my first week back at school after my 6 week summer holidays and boy am I shattered! I always am the first few weeks as I try to get back into the early morning routine again! Loving being back to teaching again though!

Anyway...this week's Something Else is a quick bookmark I made for school for our class reader (which is Terry's Deary's The Phantom of the Nile as the Ancient Egyptians are our first topic). I used the adorable Princess and Apple from the Paper Nest Dolls as I thought the Snow White was perfect for school!

Scrapper's Delights Special Deals

Good evening everyone and welcome to my DT post for this month's Special Deals from Scrapper's Delights. I decided to go for a Hallowe'en theme this month and chose to use the adorable Halloween Sachifor my card!

This image was lots of fun to colour, all except for the sky - my Copics just didn't want to blend at all well. Not sure if it was the heat or they were just being difficult for difficulty's sake! It doesn't look too bad though, I hope!

I pulled out some old Hallowe'en papers as well and have never used this cat paper before, but I thought it would work well on this card with Sachi's Hallowe'en costume!

Something Else on Saturday #25 Featuring James with Butterflies from Lili of the Valley

Good morning and welcome to this week's Something Else on Saturday blog post. I am slowly trying to make my way through my pile of stamps that I have already coloured and this one, James with Butterflies from Lili of the Valley, has been in my folder for absolutely ages. I remember colouring him up for one of the 30 Day Colouring Challenges last year and have never got round to using him, so here he is at long last!

I used some of my old Stampin' Up papers on this one, ones I have almost a full pack of as I never really use the colour combo in them. However, they did work well with this image!

Good evening and welcome to my DT post for the new releases from Scrapper's Delightsthis month. I am sharing the gorgeous Chibi VIP Libra digital stamp today using many of the different images in the set.

I chose these colours at random and love the green and lavender purple combo! I did keep the card fairly simple in terms of layers (I do love my layers), but as there are so many added elements, I didn't think it needed them so much this time.
