The Paper Shelter Challenge #484 - Party Time (Birthday or other Celebration)

Good morning and welcome to my DT post for the new challenge from The Paper Shelter. This week our challenge is for you to create a card or project for "Party Time!" This can be for a birthday or any other celebration. 

I used the adorable Rhythm Everywhere image and one of my favourite card shape templates - Flag Art from Dutch Doobadoo. The sentiment, from a My Favorite Things stamp set was the perfect one for this image and theme too.
