LeAnn's World 101 Inspiration Post Featuring Katy

Good morning everyone! Today I am sharing with you all my inspiration post for LeAnn's World 101 using the adorable Katy. As I fussy cut her out, I decided to add a curve of stars as if she was waving her magic wand. I love all that curly hair, but boy was it tricky to cut!
