All Things Magical and Mythical #9 Featuring Smile from Julia Spiri

Good morning! Welcome to another of my All Things Magical and Mystical posts. I have to say I am loving using all these adorable mythical and magical images, so I hope you are all enjoying seeing them too!

Today's card uses Smile from Julia Spiri which is a gorgeous grayscale image, something I don't use a lot of to be honest, but the grayscale does add an extra layer of depth to my colouring. I used one of my Dutch Doobadoo Shape Art Stencils for the card shape. I love this one - just wish there were dies like this or I could actually get my silhouette machine to cut out properly for once!

Stampers Delights New Release Tutorial

Good evening and welcome to the first of my posts for the new releases from Stampers Delights this month. We are now starting to move into Christmas stamps and this set that I have used today is just adorable! It can be combined with so many other cute stamps and doesn't have to be just for Christmas cards either.

I made a white on white card, which is not something I do very often as I love my colours and my patterned papers, but this one came out beautifully, even if I do say so myself! All the embossing and die cuts give it a fabulous texture and the touches of glitter are enough for some Christmas/winter sparkle!

Scene It Sunday #59 Featuring Cool Critters from Time For Tea Designs

Good morning and happy Sunday! Well, after 6 weeks off, it's finally back to teaching again for me tomorrow! A new school year, a new class and no doubt a new set of challenges as there always is!
