LeAnn's World 101 Inspiration post Featuring Stephanie and Pearly

Good morning everyone and welcome to my inspiration post for LeAnn's World 101 . Today I picked Stephanie and Pearly for my card and a bit of a magical theme. You can't really see in the background but I have coloured small areas in different colours and then went over the whole thing with my clear sparkle pen for a subtle shimmer. It looks really pretty in real life in the light!  This card is also for Allsorts Challenge Week 578 So Cute Creative Fingers Challenge #189 Anything Goes Crafty Catz Challenge #512 Anything Goes Colour Crazy Craft Challenge Week 25 Anything Goes Polkadoodles Challenge Week 26 Anything Goes Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge #474 Anything Goes Recipe: Stamps: Stephanie and Pearly from Leann's World 101, Rosie Fairy from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Papers: Daffodil Delight & Gorgeous Grape both from Stampin' Up, Rainbow Magic Patterned Papers from Hobbycraft, Make It Colour Blending Card from Make It Crafty Inks: Daffodil Delight from St

Scene It Sunday #4 Featuring Polka Dot Pals Gemma Let's Party from Whimsy Stamps

Good morning every one and welcome to this week's Scene It Sunday post! I am still loving making all these scenes for my cards and love just spending hours colouring them in! Hope you're enjoying seeing them too.  A lot of digital stamp companies are now catching on to the idea of creating scenes or scene building sets and as a fan of Little Miss Muffet Stamps and a DT member for them before they closed, I just had to get this cute one which Barbara now sells through Whimsy Stamps. The Polka Dot Pals were always my faves and I just love this scene of Gemma at a birthday party!  This card is for Creative Knockouts Challenge #356 Favourite Colour Combo (To be honest I love pink and aqua with any other colour, but love them with yellow for a bright fun one!) Something Else on Saturday #62 Featuring Baked With Love from Time For Tea Designs

Good morning everyone and welcome to this week's Something Else on Saturday post. when I first saw this stamp set and die from Time For Tea Designs, I knew I had to have them! These mice are just the cutest and I loved the idea of them peeking through the holes in the cheese slice! I love all the cute baking accessories as well, even though I am not a baker!  I sponged all round the edges of the circles as well all the way round the cheese slice to add a bit more depth before popping it up on foam tape. Cute and fun! Another one to add to my much needed male themed card pile!  This card is for Creative Moments Challenge #193 Anything Goes Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge #134 Anything Goes Crafty Gals Corner Challenge 208 You're The Man Dragonfly Dreams Challenge Make It Masculine Creative Craft Cottage Challenge #130 Anything Goes Creative Inspirations June Challenge Let's Hear It For The Boys Recipe: Stamps: Baked With Love from Time For Tea Designs Papers: Crushed

Scene It Sunday #3 Featuring Build A Living Room and 2020 Girls from The Greeting Farm

Good morning and welcome to this week's Something Else on Saturday post. I have been following Amy Young and her Adventures in Coloring page on Facebook for a while now and am totally in love with the way she colours. She is also a designer for The Greeting Farm and I loved the card scenes she made when this Living Room digi stamp set was released. I had to buy it straight away and give a card a go! I love all the little elements you get in the set to totally make it the way you want to. Faery Ink Inspiration Post

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to my inspiration post for the new Faery Ink releases this month. This cutie is Chibi Fae Wee and is just adorable, don't you think?  I decided to make her into a ladybird (or ladybug if you're across the pond!) fae and then hunted for some red and black papers and do you know what? I am almost all out apart from Valentine's themed ones with hearts all over them! So instead I decided to do some paper quilting and create my own papers using small strips of papers. I think it came out quite cute in the end!  This card is also for Use Your Stuff Challenge #400 It's A Girl Thing Corrosive Challenge #6 Anything Goes 613 Avenue Create Challenge Anything Goes Creative Craft Cottage Challenge #130 Anything Goes The Fairy and The Unicorn Challenge Anything Goes Fantasy Pattie's Creations Challenge #171 Anything That Flies Recipe: Stamps: Chibi Fae Wee from Faery Ink, Fairy Happy from The Greeting Farm Papers: Real Red, Basic Black &

The Paper Shelter Challenge #432 Colour It!

Good Morning everyone and welcome to my DT post for the new challenge from The Paper Shelter . This week our challenge is another easy one and one of my favourites - colour it! Basically you need to colour something on your project using any medium you like! I was hunting through my folder of all my printed images from The Paper Shelter and came across Mad About Shoes and knew I had to use her as I have bought so many pairs of shoes since the lockdown! Not that I have been able to wear them anywhere other than around the house mind you! I do have a bit of a shoe addiction (about 200 pairs and counting!) and my boyfriend luckily just puts up with it!  Recipe: Stamps: Mad About Shoes from The Paper Shelter, Fashion from Joy Crafts Papers: Magenta Madness & Bumblebee both from Stampin' Up, Enchantment Patterned Papers from Simply Creative, Copic X-Press It Blending Card Inks: Magenta Madness from Stampin' Up, Copic Markers Accessories: Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon from Stampin&#

Scene It Sunday #2 Featuring Crafty Bunnies from Isabel Cristina Stamps

Good Morning and welcome to this week's Scene It Sunday post. I have created another scene for today's card using these cute Crafty Bunnies from Isabel Cristina Stamps on etsy. She has loads of cute sets which can be put together to make scenes, but this is the first one I have done. I do have some others printed ready to colour, but not got round to doing them yet!  There were lots of fiddly bits in this one to cut out as they were not saved as pngs to make it easier to fit together in the scene. Since doing this card though, I have now learnt how to change jpegs into pngs for future reference! Should have found out before trying to cut out all these teeny tiny pieces!  This card is for Creative Knockouts Challenge #354 Anything Goes Aud Sentiments Challenge #253 Anything Goes + A Sentiment Southern Girls Challenge Anything Goes Through The Craft Room Door Challenge Anything Goes Fab 'n' Funky Challenge #485 Creature Feature Sweet Stampers Challenge #45 Something Begin

Something Else on Saturday #60 featuring Bubble Over With Joy from My favorite Things

Good morning everyone and welcome to this week's Something Else on Saturday post! I have no idea how I missed this stamp set from My Favorite Things coming out, but spotted it on Pinterest a little while ago, so had to hunt it down! These bunnies blowing their bubbles are just the most adorable! I attempted to make a multicoloured cloudy sky to give a rainbow effect, but it didn't quite turn out the way I expected. I think I was just a bit too heavy handed with the ink blenders to be honest, but this is one technique I'm going to practise! Scene It Sunday #1 featuring Food Truck from The Greeting Farm

Hello and welcome to a new post from me, which may or may be not be regular feature depending on how much time I have to spare. I am absolutely loving designing and colouring scenes with my digital stamps at the minute and I have Amy Young to blame for that influence. Amy is my colouring goddess and I so want to be like her when I grow up. She makes the most amazing cards and I love how she colours them all as well as creating these cute scenes.  For today's card, I used the new digital Food Truck set from The Greeting Farm with the Backs 1 and 2 set as well, which are the back facing girl digis. I arranged my stamps using Word and then printed it out to be A6 in size, but to be honest this was a little small compared to what I usually do, so I know for next time, I definitely need to go bigger!  I also used a different type of paper for my colouring and while it came out ok, this paper is not good enough for me. It was so thin and the ink from my Copics just soaked into it so quic

Something Else on Saturday #59 Featuring Hop Into Spring from Newton's Nook

Good morning and welcome to today's Something Else on Saturday post! It's been a while since I posted one of these, having done my #mermay challenge for the whole of May. It's nice to do something different as much as I love mermaids!  I bought this cute Newton's Nook stamp set with the intention on making Easter cards with it, but I didn't send any this year (I literally only went out during the lockdown when I really had to - to do duty at school looking after the key worker children and that's it! I'm too paranoid about catching anything!). Anyway I used two of the cute stamps that were not Easter related to make this cute scene. I have rediscovered this pack of patterned papers as well, with its bright colours, perfect for Summer time cards! LeAnn's World 101 Challenge #27 Anything Goes

Good morning and welcome to my DT post for the new challenge from LeAnn's World 101. As always the challenge is an Anything Goes challenge, and while you don't have to use an image from LeAnn's World 101 to enter, we love seeing your entries when you do. You also get to enter as many times as you like when using one!  I used the gorgeous Flutterby Fairy for my card this month and went for lots of bright, summery colours this time. Not sure if you can see in the photo, but her wings are covered with Clear Sparkle Pen and the bees' wings are all coloured with my clear Gelly Roll Pen too, as well as adding some dots for their flight paths!  This card is also for Through The Craft Room Door Challenge Anything Goes A Bit More Time To Craft Challenge #117 Anything Goes Paper Funday Challenge #18 Anything Goes Crafty Creations Challenge # Anything Goes Addicted to Stamps Challenge #392 Make Your Mark Lemon Shortbread Challenge #121 Anything Goes Recipe: Stamps: Flutterby Fa

The Paper Shelter Challenge #430 Thank You

Good morning and welcome to a new challenge from The Paper Shelter . This week our challenge is for you to make a thank you card or project. An easy one and so fitting for a lot of people right now!  As I was short on time this week, I used one of the pre-printed images with backing paper - A Fairy's Best Friend . This is a great way to make a pretty card if you are in need of one quickly and don't have the time to sit and colour. Shame it didn't actually save me much time as my printer was playing silly games and would not print out in the right colours, so this one is the best of the bunch I printed! I cleaned and cleaned, then deep cleaned and deep cleaned my printer nozzles, then tried realigned the printer heads, but it just didn't want to print the correct shades. I do still think this one came out quite pretty though!  Recipe: Stamps: A Fairy Best Friend from The Paper Shelter, Thank You Sentiments (Digital) from Whimsy Stamps Papers: Pink Card, Green Card &
