Scene It Sunday #70 Featuring Shake It Up Polar Bears from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Good morning and happy Sunday - the last one of the month too! For today's card I am using another one of my stamp sets that I have had for years and only used once! No idea why I haven't used it more as it is such a sweet set! 

I thought I would make a slimline card for these cuties and then saw the challenge from My Favorite Things to make a mini slimline, meaning the card measures 3 x 6 inches. Not a size I would normally make as it is so tiny compared to my usual 6 inch square cards, but it came out so cute! I love it!

Something Else on Saturday #132 Featuring Oddball Sugar Plum Fairy from Stamping Bella

Good morning and happy Saturday! I can't quite believe it is going to be December next week. I still have a load of Christmas presents to buy for my boyfriend, but other than that I think I have everything else, unless anything last minute crops up. Food shopping has been ordered as well, so we're now just waiting on the tree to be delivered so I can decorate it! 

Anyway this week's card uses the adorable Oddball Sugar Plum Fairy from Stamping Bella which I actually bought last year but never used! I am really trying this year to make cards with stamp sets I already own, but I have bought a few new ones here and there! I went for a completely plum colour combo on this one as my best friend's favourite colour is purple, so this card will be for her!

Stampers Delights December New Release Post #2

Good evening everyone and welcome to my second DT post for Stampers Delights. For today's project, I have used the adorable Chibi Tumnus Fawn, Janice's own version of Mr Tumnus from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. I loved this book as a child and I loved the BBS adaptation of it even more!

Scene It Sunday #68 Featuring Miss Anya Hello Winter from The Greeting Farm

Good morning and welcome to this week's Scene It Sunday post. Today's card features yet another set that I bought last winter but never used! I dread to think how many of those I actually have! (While making this card I found 2 Hallowe'en sets that I forgot I even had and haven't yet used, so no doubt there's tins of Christmas ones too!)

Anyway, I gave Miss Anya a fun inked background using my Distress Oxide inks and a stencil, before stamping in some snowflakes from the set (which I really should have embossed as you can hardly see them!) and added sone dots of paint for snowflakes too.

Scene It Sunday #67 Featuring Gnome For Christmas from Clearly Besotted Stamps

For today's card I have used the adorable Gnome For Christmas set from Clearly Besotted, which I bought in last year's releases, but never got round to using! I love that these sets include a background scene as well which could also be used by itself for a different style card. I went for one of my favourite non-traditional colour combos - pink, light brown and white.

Something Else on Saturday #129 Featuring Baked With Love from Polkadoodles

Good morning and welcome to this week's Something Else on Saturday post. I know, I know just a week ago I was full in Hallowe'en mode and now I'm starting on Christmas cards! I actually send more Christmas cards than I do Hallowe'en so need to start on them as soon as I have finished with my Hallowe'en ones otherwise I won't have enough of them in time!
